Plenosa is built for wellbeing, reflection and access to professional support. Because these experiences can be personal, we aim to collect only what is needed, explain why it is needed and protect it responsibly.
Plenosa is operated by Plenosa Tech LTD. References to “Plenosa”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Plenosa Tech LTD and the Plenosa platform, including our website, mobile application and related digital services.
We may collect account information, contact details, language preferences, subscription or package information, device and technical data, usage records, appointment information, support messages and information you choose to provide while using Plenosa services.
Some Plenosa features may involve personal wellbeing information, test results, calculator inputs, session booking details or similar data. We treat this information with additional care and use it only for the purposes of providing, improving and securing the service, unless another lawful basis applies.
Plenosa’s diary experience is designed as a private reflection space. Where diary content is stored locally on the user’s device, Plenosa does not use it as a public feed, company report or advertising profile.
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide platform features, process subscriptions, enable appointments and online sessions, send service notifications, maintain security, prevent misuse, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, communication providers, professional partners involved in requested services, legal authorities where required, or other parties when necessary to operate and protect Plenosa.
Company or family packages may provide access to Plenosa services, but personal wellbeing activity should remain personal. We design these models so that access support does not become unnecessary visibility into private user experiences.
Plenosa may operate across different countries and languages. Where personal data is transferred or processed internationally, we aim to use appropriate safeguards and trusted service providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Plenosa develops or as legal, technical or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
